Schönes TV-Feature des WDR über Kais musikalisches Schaffen –  (orig. Sendetermin 06.08.2024, auch in der ARD Mediathek zu finden).
New  German TV feature about Kai, the band and his musical upbringing. Sorry, German language only.

The Holland International Blues Festival 2024 had a wonderful line up. Buddy Guy, Warren Haynes and… Kai Strauss!

„What quality is here on this big HIBF stage! Strauss lets his Fender Stratocaster vibrate so beautifully that B.B. King would be proud of it… A very good set by “the German of the blues”, dubbed by Erwin Nyhoff, which will hopefully be seen at several more major European festivals.“

„Kai Strauss clearly showed he developed his own vision of the genre he passionately preaches for many years now. The main ingredients are a funky „groove“, mature guitar solos and meaningful lyrics. As a guitar picker Strauss really delivers and his solos lift every song to a higher plan.“
